Each agency must complete an agency application and meet with the project director.
Once an organization is accepted as an active Partner, then based on the amount of families served by that agency, we will determine the amount of diapers we can commitment to providing. The partner agency must complete a client application for each family receiving diapers. The information is entered into our secure database. That information is used to fill the agency’s order each month.
Partner Agencies must also give complete a simple annual report documenting number of children and families served as well as some basic information and demographics on the families. This information is important for us when applying for grants and funding.
SPECIAL NOTE: At this time we are currently not accepting new applications for partner agencies. We encourage you to still complete and send in your application. Our goal is to honor our commitment to our current partner agencies. As we continue to fund raise and collect diapers we will review our status and add new partners as we grow. New partners who meet the criteria will be added on a first come first serve basis.
